NEW YORK — Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Ohio neighbors aren’t pleased with the privacy measures they’re adopting for their new property, including a security fence and new trees they worry will affect the sewer line.

Swift and her Super Bowl-winning hubby have faced no shortage of pushback from those who live close to their lakeside home near Cleveland in recent months, TMZ reported. First, it was over a massive 6-foot-tall black, powder-coated aluminum fence they plan to erect around their $5 million mansion in Bratenahl. After several appeals, the barrier was approved by the Bratenahl Architectural Review Board last month given it will start some 2 feet inside the actual property line to avoid affecting sewer lines.

The board also demanded that it match the design and appearance of a fence on Ingall Brook Lane, and that its height align with existing stone walls, Cleveland.com reported.

Now, neighbors of the power couple are worried about a bunch of trees the pair hope to to add to the property as part of a likely bid to protect their privacy.

One of their neighbors, Katherine Bolton, said she remains concerned about a nearby decaying sewer line. She fears the proposed greenery could damage the 115-year-old line, according to Cleveland 19. Her biggest worry, she said, is that the trees won’t be planted far enough away and that it could result in plumbing backups.

“When you plant that many trees from a short distance from a sewer line, you’re going to have a problem in the future,” Bolton said, going on to express concern about how long Swift and footballer husband will remain in the area.

“This applicant may decide to sell her house next year, maybe move on and buy another house,” she said.

The residence, located just north of Kelce’s hometown of Cleveland Heights, has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, plus a two-bedroom restored gatehouse/guest cottage, according to the Wall Street Journal. It also reportedly includes a heated in-ground pool, a bluestone patio, full fitness center, sauna, game room, home theater, bar, temperature-controlled wine cellar and a billiards/poker area.

The couple closed on the property just months before they tied the knot at Madison Square Garden in July.
